Can anyone help me?

My good friend is currently incarcerated in Pennsylvania and due to be released soon but he wants to relocate somewhere in the United States besides back to Philly. He is looking for a place that has high employment rates, a stable and comfortable environment, and a good Islamic community that he could join and fit in. How would I go about researching this information for him? And, if anyone of you all are apart of any Islamic community and would not mind contacting him directly with this information- I'd appreciate it. He is trying to start over by obtaining a job and living righteously amongst the believers in peace...
