My comments: A good point he makes in this audio is that in Islaam, it is not the region in which you come from, or the skin color that makes you a foreigner, but it is the concepts that you hold that can make you foreigner in Islaam.
He points out as well the difference between those who fight along side the kuffar for a 1,000 and those who fight for Islaam.
This is a good conceptual audio to listen to.
was-salaamwww.dawah.tv/broadcast/mercenaries.xplMuch attention has been given to the passing of the 1,000 mark in US military fatalities in Iraq. Salim Fredericks asks what of the number of Iraqis that have died in the war, the number US Mercenaries in Iraq, the trouble with the Western media and the reality of our phoney leaders.

As-salam alaikum,
This is true and a very good concept to discuss. I have sometimes heard people saying that Islam is 'racist'. But this is completely false because it's not the skin colour, race, ethnic background, class level, etc that is a problem. Rather the problem lies in the way of thinking of a certain person.
We have also seen how someone with completely corrupt views and behaviour, can accept Islam, turn around and behave in the best manner out of love of Allah (swt).
